Saylani Welfare and International Trust – Odoo ERP Implementation
Customized and implemented Odoo ERP for Saylani Welfare and International Trust, supporting its diverse welfare, administrative, and operational requirements across multiple departments and branches. The project focused on digitizing workflows, improving data management, and creating a centralized ERP platform tailored to Saylani's organizational structure.
The implementation included custom modules and workflows for Profile Management, Donation Box Management, Donation Import, Welfare Operations, and Medical Equipment Management. These solutions were designed to manage large volumes of operational data while maintaining structured processes across different welfare programs and organizational units.
The system also incorporated inventory and stock management, including branch-wise stock operations and organizational hierarchies. Custom functionality was developed to support branch-level tracking, analytical accounting, welfare-related transactions, and structured reporting, helping maintain visibility across the organization's extensive operational network.
From the development side, the project involved extensive Odoo customization, Python development, XML/OWL-based interface development, PostgreSQL data management, API and module integration, and workflow automation. Custom modules were developed and tested through controlled environments before being deployed to production.
The project also followed a structured development, UAT, and production deployment process, with changes tested on replica environments before being introduced into the live system. This helped maintain system stability while continuously extending the ERP platform to support Saylani's evolving operational requirements.
